No stock on promo deals

So get this shoprite is running a promo for the 15th of September. Guess what??? I get to shoprite to buy J&J wetwipes thats R15.00. To my suprise there was only 2 packets left in a pre-packed set of 4 pks of 72 wipes. I want to pay for my goods oh theres no barcode on the 2 packs of wipes so I cant get it. So my questions is , if the pervious customer opened a set of 4 packed wipes and took two of them how the hell could they pay for it? If not why did the damn lazy staff not go to the shelves and remove the opened packet? As if its my damn problem????? I then get told they will have to check stock? Suddenly theres no stock !!!!!! You guys are running a damn promotion obviously you need tp provide enough stock. And im sure there is enough as it will be unpacked for the next day????

Shoprite im totally disgusted! As for your staff, get there attitudes checked out.
