No stationery therefore no service

I woke up earliest to go to Shoprite in Dube to book my bus tickets avoiding the long queue that is always there only to be told that there is no stationery therefore I cannot be helped, such a humongous company and there is no stationery. The consultant gladly tells me to go and book elsewhere meaning this stationery won't be available maybe for the whole day. I also went inside to pick up a few items as I took a tub of yogurt I was greeted by a ****roach on top of the yogurt lid. Not appetizing at all.
