No small trolleys for express tills

No small trolleys at all in the shoprites and am very small bodied to be carrying very large groceries that only fit in a bigger trolley, which is not allows at the 10 items or less till. Customer service agent Vivian and front controller Portia stopped their duties to come and assist me ? Will I have the same problem again and have ask staff to off load groceries while I put them in a convenient trolley. This is the second Shoprite ( this one is mabopane square) the other was morula Shoprite
