I came to the store to buy the electricity voucher for my house for the first time in that store coming from Gauteng<br> As I reached the teller I took out my phone I gave the teller my meter number which is stored in phone then the cashier told me that they don't sell electricity voucher to clients who are not holding eskom card or slip from previous transactions then I asked why and she told me that she will call the Manager then I waited for almost 5 minutes. When he came already been told about my problem you could see from the body language that he is prepared to assist me he proudly told in his they don't assist clients without eskom card or slips from prevoius transactions. I told him it does not make sense then turn around and leave me standing like a fool then I left drove almost 10km to another shoprite phangami mall and I was assited without any problems. Its so disturbing to found out that we still have people who are not prepared to help clients but month end they want their salaries I wonder if that branch does make any sales budget because the community is complaning about the treatment from the store I will NEVER EVER set my foot in that store GOOD LUCK with the sales
