No service at all, rather than saying poor service

If there was zero rating I was gonna give it to Shoprite Money Market, very poor service from your chat on the money market app, your chat says they reply in 20 minutes but I have been waiting for 2 hours, then you mr call centre takes 30 minutes to reach when you finally reach them they drop the call after telling them your issue, they even sound clueless.
