No response from you or Shoprite

I have written a review for help with food as I have been issued with Schedule 5 medication after breaking my back which I cannot take on an empty stomach. As far as I can remember HelloPeter gets immediate response, so why has Shoprite not responded? Please, I am really desperate to continue with my medication as it is vital for the recovery of my spine.
