NO RESPONSE

I ordered a washing machine, online on the OK Furniture website. I have sent them several e - mails, to provide me with the status of my order. This has fallen on DEAF EARS, as to date, I have not received a response from the "Call Centre". I only received an e - mail from a Shoprite email to pay R450 for delivery. How long must I still wait for a response????
