No responds

I was ****** inside the store and when i wanted to see footage they refused. I requested a call from the website since they have indicated on their site they is no one at the head office due to Covid19. Few minutes i got the call and i was advised i will get responds and i am still waiting. I have been waiting for respond since last week till today, i am very upset that i have to wait this long.
