No Refund

Bought a dstv remote at shoprite for R100 which is not compatible with my decoder. Returned the remote the same day shoprite did not want to refund me because the package was opened. Went to dstv to find out the same remote is R50 by them and the remote I need is R300. Life is already so expensive why not just refund me.
