No Parcel counter attended

I have problem with Shoprite Nafcoc Soshanguve. They don't have anyone sitting at the parcel counter ; everytime one goes shopping and have parcels to store have to look for someone to come assist. Soon they put your parcels they go out of parcel counter you have to look for them in your out . I have raised this issue with management several times and they don't seem to be taking it serious. Today one management said their is a mini store , but they do have parcel counter why can't they have someone stationed there like any other branches you will have someone dedicated.
