No order and management skills

This shoprite attitudes stinks so mush it is enough to feed a whole country.This shop never has money for us to withdraw,the supervisor is like a child she will say I don't think we have money and walk away OMW you are so fat you are leaving me with what you think. What happened to excuse me mam let me check who of the cashiers have money or check in the cash office or don't you no how to use it. A simple example if you looking for rice and one of the workers walk pass and you ask them to check if the rice is not in the stock room they say I don't think so and walk away like really is this type of service acceptable and you want me to buy my goods buy you no no no no no no. I told this one cashier you no this shop never has money for clients even if it is a R300 that 1 wants the supervisor shamiela came to me and said if you have a problem talk to the manager OMG really why do you have a supervisor strap around you because clearly you don't no what's the meaning of supervisor, I left and waited for my husband to come so that he can take me to pick n pay for a great service experience and I even earn points while I an enjoying my shopping spree and what ever money I want I will get.
