no money in the tills

On the 24th of March I went to Shoprite Dawn Park Mall to buy some items and to withdraw money from the till. I stood in line for about ten minutes and when I told the cashier that I want to withdraw some money she told me that they don't keep money, I asked her to call the supervisor so that they can ask other cashier to help with withdrawal. The Guy who is a supervisor asked another cashier if she had money and he then told me to go and join the line again. I told him that its unfair for me join a line as I was in the line for more that ten minutes. I left the shop without withdrawing . This is not the first time that this happen to me at Shoprite in Dawn park, in fact is for the third time. When I want to withdraw I'm being told that they don't keep cash, the service is very bad as its only happening at this Dawn park mall only<br>
