No Management

<p>Shoprite bloemfontein, Maitland street is managementless.</p> <p>not once or twice, but almost 50 times this store has dissapointed me and my fellow workers close to the branch.</p> <p>the last staw came when they were to lazy to operate the ice cream machine. I then after a few visits to the store being sent away without being served requested to see the manager. Apperantly no manager were on duty as she was sick. I was sent away without being seen by a mannager. I then contacted Shoprite HQ to assist. They promised that the problem is resolved and gave me a name of a manager i can speak to whenever it is needed. I went two times after that with some time lapsing between me visits. Both times the ice cream machine again was not working. Thato was not available to assist. She phoned me later and appologised. Promised it will be working the next time. Next time came and gone. Still had a excuse. Today i stood the long line again, only to come infront and been told that there is no dip. Called Tahto, she only pulls up her shoulders and says it will be available tomorrow. This store does not have any management and problem solving s****s. That is the reason the store does whatever they like to do. Always an issue if you want to draw money, tills always closed with long lines. Poor selection of food, terrible service to only name a few. Rather stay away.</p>
