No Love for Elderly

A friend of my mother inlaw whom is 69 went to do shopping and not to forget paying for a magazine she placed it on her handbag cause she needed to pay for something else for someone. She forgot about the magazine and as she left they stopped her and took her to a office accusing her of steeling the magazine. They didn't even want to listen to her side of the story and took her to the police, where she was charged for theft now this lady doesn't even want to go and shop anymore because of a mistake. Instead of dealing with something small they made a Big thing about it and she was in tears during the hole process. She is a regular customer at this store, and even thou they do have a shoplifting problem, this just go's to show they don't care about there customers
