No humanity

Experience a bad service at Soshanguve Plaza, i was in a Que for 1hr30 min on the short items tills, heavily pregnant, i went to one of the tills which was about to close and asked if they can assist as i am pressed and the lady said no. The supervisors had been passing not even seeing the situation as a problem.
