no help

<p>Hello.... Im am highly upset on the 24/06/2017 I was in shoprite eldorado park. I was standing where the bakery is as i had two children with while my mother went down the aisle to get some groceries. i could not go down with cos it was full and croweded with the two children still. next thing i new i slipped back knocked my lower back on the pole or what ever it is and i was on the floor. the strangest thing was i has boots on the floor was not slippery and none pushed me. at the same time i was not dizzy or anything i had my 2 year old baby in my hand. i hurt my lower back. the manger took down my contact details amd said someone would contact me. to date nothing. however the past two weeks i have suffered from serve back pains especially in my lower back that i can't control this pain any longer with pain ****ers its no longer working and with this cold weather its just adding on. Now i want to know what was done since i reported this and why noone called me with the solution not even to find out how i was doing. I now suffer 24 hours with lower back pains that never happened even when i was pregnant. i leave home to go to work and have to ensure that my back is warm so i have to take hot water bottles to keep it warm just to ease the pain a bit. i need answers and soon </p>
