No feebldback after months

I didn't purchase anything huge but it is little things like this that puts me off further commitments to the Shoprite brand. I have purchased a R99 toaster which lasted just more then 11 months, I took it back a day before the guarantee becomes null and void only to be told why do I bring it back a day before the guarantee falls. After that was settled they did not have a replacement and did not offer me a refund and was instead promised that they would call me by a lady called Elaine. Its been months. Thanks Shoprite.
