No extractor for kitchen

Shoprite taung has a serious disregard for its customers, the store does not have proper cook top ventilation or extraction. I have raised the issue about three years ago without any consideration. When they are cooking and frying the whole store gets filled with oil smell (worse, when they deep fry fish) that you even get to smell that way when you leave the shop. They took over the building from the previous franchise and never adjusted the cooking section according to their operations to maintain proper ventilation to extract unwanted air molecules. I reckon because we are in a rural and black area, hence we get treated with disregard. If it was in a proper urban area, the right thing would have been done. My basis is that we buy with the same money towards the profitability of shoprite. Please, find it in you to fit a proper extractor to achieve proper air quality.
