No express ,waited long

I went to Shoprite Phumlani and I was the for fee items , I thought it will be in and out I ended up stand for 45 minutes at the express till as it was operated by one cashier .. is it because the store is in a rural township hence we get such poor service.. express till one does not even stand for 19 minutes.. the managers where not even visible or bothers by the long ques
