No exchanges - on a manfacturing fault - Mr Bartien

I had purchased a school bag a trolley bag to be exact on the 28/10/2018 and the bag was already broken on before the 12/12/2018. My daughter had only used the bag for a month and a half. I then went to ask 1 of the managers if I could bring it back and he said yes. I just did not get his name. today Mr Bartiens tells me that they will not be exchanging it. I will take my business somewhere else. Clearly there is a maufacturing fault with the bag. Today my husband returns the bag and we are advised that they only do returns on bags if it is a month old. Your quality of products suck. I have never had problems with bags if I purchased somewhere else a bag like that is supposed to last a year. The quality of the bag is very bad. Why would only the bottom of the bag the broken ? I will definitely not be returning to your store again.
