No customer service /races comments and pricing

The second time were there was no customer service and the prices are not what is advertised . all the rolls were in one basket ant the price was R6.47 i took two packets of rolls it was cheese rolls when i got to the till they never had a price as there was no bar codes they took it and was looking for a price i told them were I got the rolls they said the rolls are R22.for six then that is not what i sore there was no basket that had cheese rolls written on that was the only rolls there and it happened that i took the cheese roles instead supervisor or other worker said no that’s the price I can take it or just leave . my first point all works needs name tags they have to have customer service they could not speak properly to a person and it’s because I’m not black as the packer said mxm uma Coloured thinking i don’t understand them no name on packer as well went to the office to get that guy’s name Bonginkosi surname he wrote it down but one can’t read his handwriting I stay in Devland so I’m not coming from Eldorado park if that is what they were assuming. I waited for 15min. To tell me that the roles are R22. Shoprite needs to pack there things correctly and label the things not mix them .there staff needs to have name tags on them / supervisors as well.
