No customer service provided

So its beggining of the month the store us packed and shoprite boitekong mall is using 5 till 9 tills not occupied when i ask the controller the lines are long why sge is not getting another till operator she tells me they only coming in at 10. So for me as a consumer what do you think my customer expirience in thus store is? Why is it that always we have to encounter problems were if proper staffing was done you wouldn't be getting such reviews. You seem to be forgetting we spending our hard earned money so to be made to wait in line for 30-45 min with 9 tills not having operators is unacceptable. N:B DONT CALL ME you guys have nothing to say that will change my mind about the level of service in this store.
