no customer service

Shoprite Rocklands has the most unfriendly, unhelpful staff. They spare no thought for the customer. They don not make eye contact when you paying for your goods because they too busy talking and laughing with the cashier or controller, who has no issue distracting them!!! The cleaners will mop you out of the way and give you dirty looks if you should walk where they mopping, even though there is not always signs up indicating that the floor is wet. Shoprite Rocklands, along with their Management need to go on a customer service course, so that they know how to perform their functions.
