No Customer service at Shprite Checkers unless there is something in it for them!

<p>I emailed Shprite Checkers' customer service department on the 29/05. They acknowledged receipt of the email but to date I have had no response- Shows how much customers actually mean to them. I requested a couple of sets of Minis to use with our second languauge children for emergent reading. I was quite happy to get a No! answer but not to answer at all is the height of rudeness. I think it bears mentioning that I emailed their competitor- Pick n Pay requesting their animal cards. Not only did I get a response the same day but I was directed to my closest branch the very next day to fetch over 200 cards. Checkers as a school we are shocked- I won't be crossing your threshold any time in the near future if this is how you treat people who are not directly benefitting you!</p>
