No Customer Service

Shoprite, Retreat branch: I went there with the intention to exchange a two plate stove which I bought earlier this year as it was tripping the electricity. This was the second attempt to exchange it as the first time the staff member indicated that it does work at the store and I went to try again with the same result of electricity tripping. I requested to speak to the branch Manager and the staff made some excuse that he wasn't there,then I requested his contact details then after a couple of minutes he arrives not even acknowledging my presence as a customer awaiting him and couldn't even respond in a orderly manner which is expected from a. Branch manager (Nolan Petersen) when I greeted him.
