no customer care
i am a regular shopper at Shoprite and Checkers and never have I experienced such bad service as Farieda Fisher gave me at Pelican Park Shoprite.I wanted to draw R1500 from the till which I always do and the cashier did not have the amount.The cashier buzzed about 5 minutes before she was assisted by a unhappy Farieda.Farieda just shouted she need to get the the money without acknowledging or apologizing for not being able to assist me immediately.I waited about 10 mins.before I went to look for her.She just shouted she had to wait for a security and don't I know procedures how many times do I make withdrawals she really have no Managerial or customer service.No empathy she needs to get better training for her position.The same with Faldieh the Fruit and Veg.Manager when I question why he is selling very bruised bananas at the same price as normal healthy bananas he just said I must just take it or leave it.Again no Managerial skills he could have at least explained why the same price which I think is very unreasonable.Shoprite Pelican Park you need to upgrade your customer care don't judge your customer by the area.
