No customer care

Very bad experience with Ms Lizzy the employee of the month at Shoprite Jan Smuts in Kempton Park. After waiting in the 10 items or less line for up to 45 minutes, we were told that the system is actually offline and they will be taking only cash. I then asked what I must do since I only have my card for paying. The employee of the month answered saying there is nothing she can do very rudely without even an apology or possible solution to the situation
