no client service and no feedback

Their Shoprite liquor EFT machine was not working and there was no sign to say this and I was told to join another very long queue I then asked for the person in charge because I told them I cant go join another queue especially if there is no sign to say their EFT isn't working. Atien (in charge) then told me to do that and the teller carried on helping other customers behind me while I stood there trying to get the matter resolved. I eventually went out without help or apology and then I called Qaqamba a manager at the shoprite supermarket who said they work hand in hand who also promised that I will get feedback with this matter but till today no feedback or even a phone call has come through to me.
