No care for customers only care just for their money

I waited on the 30 June 2022 for shoprite at C*****dene mall to open up at 8am in the morning, on opening their doors I proceeded to enter the store, security sanitizing my hands and allowing me to enter WITH my bag on my back along with all the other clients with and without bags, during my shopping experience I approached the bakery section and requested a time the fresh bread buns will be out NO ONE COULD ANSWERE ME instead I was sent to the butcher?????? After that I continued to shop noticing that my hand were getting full so I went back to the fron of the store to get a basket, however I am physically disabled and would have been difficult for me to carry the basket so I placed the basket on the floor and passed by the tills to get one of those trollies that take the basket, on my exit the same security that sanitized my hands watched me get a trolley and approach to re-enter the store, he stops me and tells me I am noylt allowed in the store with my back I informed him that he saw me enter with the bag and saw me exit only 10m from the store entrance but I proceeded to go to the window were the bags are handed in and commented that this is a load on f-ing bull, on my return to the entrance of the store a grabbed the troll and attempted to enter the store, the trolley caught on one of those steel rails by the entrance and while I was having a problem to get the trolley free the security is standing by the entrance LAUGHING, when I approached the managers office and requested to see the manager I was told he is on his way, I stood for almost 15 min all while the managers office is full of staff NO ONE tried to assist me, eventually I asked again this time for a supervisor, when me and the supervisor approached the security the supervisor tried to justify THEIR STAFF LAUGHING AT CLIENTS. It's it standard behavior for shopright stores to practice DOUBLE standard letting some enter with bags and others are harrased, is it standard BEHAVIOUS for shoprite staff to humiliate and embarrass clients, further more as a physically disabled person it would be GOOD CHARACTER for shopright staff and shopright itself to assist people when they have a problem and not stand laughing at the people, it was offensive and uncalled for, I will never spend my money in another shopright and by word of mouth I will let everyone know of the discriminating BEHAVIOUS of shopright and their staff. Also finally next to the shopright is a shopright liquor store, I have a few empry bottles that clearly has RETURN FOR DEPOSIT ON IT, this shopright refuses to take the empty bottles. Pathetic and poor non professional behavior.
