No assistance

I have approached the store mentioned for assistance with food after major spine surgery and none of them want to assist even though I have explained that I cannot take the prescribed medication without eating as the medication is Schedule 5 which could damage my stomach if I don't eat prior to taking the medication. This retailer has various excuses but none of them want to help. Should they assist I don't think that they will suffer financial loss as they are always busy and have a huge income. Please respond and help me as I am really desperate.
