No 50c rebate when ysing Shoprite re-usable plastic bag !

Shoprite claims that if you buy a Shoprite re-usable plastic bag at R3.00, you get a 50c rebate everytime you use that bag for shopping at Shoprite. No, no, no. . . You DO NOT get a 50c rebate. Stop fooling the public Shoprite. When I complained to the manager, she said she does not know why the system is not giving the rebate ?
