Nightmare to reset Money Market Pin

<p>On 27/10/16 I deposited money via Money Market President Hyper Krugersdorp,On the 01/11/16 I went to the same store to retrieve it...only to find that I forgot the pin,a copy of my ID with till slip was made and I was advised that a new pin will be sms'ed to my cellphone in 24 hours...to date I have not recieved any communication from money market. Is there any sense of urgency with this matter</p>
