Newtown Shoprite not compliant to covid19 requirements

In Newtown a gentleman with a lady walked in with they mask hanging on the neck and the guy hooked in one ear.My question is the security at the doors wasn't she supposed to stop them from entering the store?I reported on the cashier with one lady that looked like a supervisor and it was like I'm being dramatic or mad.They literally ignore me.Arent we supposed to be protected?Covid19 is really, dont they take consumers rights into consideration?Are they doing this cause it is in town and only certain race goes there but if it was in the upmarket area i was gonna be taken seriously
