Newlands East kaak service!!!

Dissapointed I stood behind the lottery machine for a good 15mins or slightly more 'if i'm not mistaken' the lady who's hair is dyed with ****** never ever once acknowledged me there was a guy who wears glasses who went to lottery machine maybe thrice but never acknowledged me minutes later a supervisor waltz up after she was called by the lady she asks what am O standing there for and I was shocked I really wasnt in the mood to talk about this cause my patience had run thin so I was gping to cause a scene after being belittled by your workers and there superior Instead of telling the cashier to help me so i can leave she tells me to join the line where im standing i wont get any assistance yet this place is demarkated for lottery players and even has a queue stand! What kind od bull**** customer service do u guys give ????!!! Shame your staff especially that girl dyed in ****** and her supervisor as a matter of fact that whole money market staff is just utter ****!!! Im disgusted nx
