Negligence head injury

From in the morning I have been waiting for shoprite to give me an indication pertaining medical assistance for my head injury occured inside their store because of their negligence in stock packing. When the manager in charge for the day at shoprite after getting injured said to me "IF YOU DO NOT HAVE MONEY TO GO TO A PRIVATE DOCTOR, THEN GO TO STATE HOSPITAL, WE WILL CALL A STATE AMBULANCE FOR YOU AT THE STORE". Her words were not a joke, because here I am with no sign of taking responsibility from shoprite. I have learned a lesson that 'if i enter into Shoprite store', I should enter at my own risk.
