Nasty attitude

Tryphina was helping another customer and I was behind that customer and I've realized that there was a free teller and I wanted to take the things I was purchasing and she told to go wer ever without taking those things on her till and she was mean towards me,I'm really disappointed with that kind customer service level I even tried to show her that i don't like what she was doing but she carried on and some woman who seemed to be her supervisor was next to her and she did nothing about. I think shoprite should hire stuff that will up lift the name of the big company like shoprite or els we will even go to buy at expensive super markets just for the level of customer service.i will be happy to get a feed back about this matter
