My worst experience at Shoprite Nelspruit Sanlam building

I had the worst experience this Morning at Shoprite Nelspruit next to Sanlam building, went to buy snacks and drinks for my husband since he was traveling while waiting for his bus to take him to PTA. Amongst my groceries I took also 2 P.S chocolates that were on special since the was a paper onthe shelve indicating the special.to my surprise the price was not reduced at the till when I asked to speak to the controller she became very rude and said I must go and fetch the paper from the shelves. By the time I got there someone had already removed it and I was told that they can't help me if there is no paper reflecting the special. They made me look like I was crazy talking about a special that never existed,the worst part is the bus my husband was taking left while I was in the shop negotiating the special issue. I am really saddened by your employees behaviors even worse the controllers who are supposed to bring solutions to problems. I need a formal apology by from this ladies , I don't think they are fit for their work.
