My wife was there yesterday 20th November, she swiped my card for R1150 and somehow the network failed, card payment went through but it didn't show on their side. Today they confirmed money is in and they asking me for a bank statement before they can release the money. Why a bank statement if I have the same card that was swiped yesterday? Please teach your managers to apply their mind. They are in management positions so that they can make decision. I was very disappointed at that lady and I deserve an apology from her
