I just had an unforgiven drama here at shoprite weridapark, I went to buy with a C number and the lady who was helping me said I must take it out first and I did and when the slip came out only one came out and the lady at the till refused to give me the money because she didn't get 3 slips but the money came out, and she asked me to give her the C number again and she said the system says it was redeemed, now they telling me I must call capitec to find out if the money was redeemed or not, but the cashier did take out the R200, i want that money tomorrow im not calling any bank, I've been hearing that shoprite cashiers ***** customers monies I want it
