My Experience

My wife went to shoprite Mbkweni. She only had 3 items which was needed as she was on her way to hospital as she was ill. She asked the Front line controller if they could assist her in paying for her goods so she could get out of the shop. But the Front line controller was so rude and said WE WILL NOT MAKE EXCEPTIONS EVEN IF YOU ARE SICK. My wife then called the Manager of the shop and he said he will make a way because he could see that she was not well. But when she got her goods the Sales Manager was no where to be found. Its just sad that the FRONT END CONTROLLER DO NOT WANT TO ASSIST PEOPLE THAT ARE ILL OR ELDERLY. The name of the Front end controller is Eloise Williams and the Sales Manager is Abdul Adams. These people forget that we are all human and they are there to assist and not shove people aside as if they are better then the rest. Eloise Williams has a chip on her shoulder and she is giving the company a bad name by means of her service. And by the way this is not our 1st encounter with her. And that is why I thought I would put it on here so that people can know about her and her attitude towards people!!!!
