Muzi from Shoprite Jabulani Mall (worst customer service!!!!)

Muzi from Shoprite Jabulani Mall - this guy was assisting me for the 2nd time with paying from my groceries at the tills. I always have two trolleys full of groceries, this guy never assists customers with packing into plastics.

I was with my daughter, as usual I will let her take things out from the trolley while i go on the other side to start packing. This guy punched everything and literally waited for me to finish packing on my own. He did not even offer assistance to keep the que moving. Customers who came after me had to wait until I finished packing groceries from two trolleys on my own while the other cashiers assisted their customers with their trolleys. This guys is just full of himself, please improve your customer service!!!!
