Today I went to shoprite south view in soshanguve during lunch time.I bought food at the deli as the queue were long I went to ask a controller named Tebogo to ask if I could pay at the cigarette department,she gave me an attitude as I was wearing Worksuits and told me that I have to join the long queue there are no pay point that is available for me to pay and we had an argument based on that! And she told me that I have issues because she is refusing to make me pay at the cigarette department. I fail to understand because she is a controller she have to treat customers with respect as I respected her when I ask.another thing I ask myself if she attended the customer service lessons.it was not for the first time I get this type of treatment at that shoprite everytime I have to ask people on the queue to pay for me and give them my change. I am not happy at all with Shoprite south view,the manager was not even close to the scene and I couldn’t ask anyone as Tebogo was the controller that I saw.😭
