am Richard mokgotho i was at the Shoprite in evaton mall when i arrived in store i find out no trolley all over i ask the staff about the trolley the give me a attitude and i asked the store manager its call Mr. Ngubo told me that he don't have time and that time i have a disability I have to ask some one to give me the trolley i ll give him 20rand and when i buy the sasko flour 10 kg the sasok is rotten to much … the store manger in evaton he don't know customer service .. he dont know how to talk to the customer .. poor service in evaton mall
