Mqanduli Shoprite

I went for grocery shopping at Shoprite Mqanduli towards the end of last month, just before Include pay I realized that my FNB account had been debited by Bank your change and so the transaction was going to decline. I was assisted by a guy cashier who was supper patient and understanding. I quickly called my brother to come and pay for me, he was by the entrance. He came and advised that he had no card and was going to use his Capitec account to do send cash meaning we needed a till to redeem the send cash voucher and the cashier that was helping me advised he was not going to be able to redeem the voucher because of the items that had already been scanned unless the transaction could be saved. The cashier asked a lady that was on the next till and the lady said "Yintoni undiphathela abantu baka send cash?" The attitude in her voice and the facial expression was unprofessional. My brother went to her to ask and she said her till doesn't do send cash. The cashier at the other till beside the attitude one said she was going to check if she had money but she did not check and took the next client. We stood there waiting for them to decide our fate untill one of the Supervisors went to do the transaction at money market. Humanity is treating other human beings just the way you would like to be treated.
