Mqanduli

I was at Shoprite mqanduli and one of the till packers was extremely rude to me( Ngazibini). I told him to stop packing my stuff but he insisted on packing because i lack respect and he is going to meet me outside and teach me how to respect people when I asked the manager to intervene she told me that I must not mind him. I come to you as a customer to complain about one of your staff members and you tell me I must not mind? When he’s threatening me? I had to go and look for him because he threatened me. I felt so unsafe and uncomfortable definitely not going there again
