Today i visited onroute shoprite in B.ishop Lavis .My card was rejected 3 times and the lady at the till explained to me the reason not did she do that but gracefully asked me to wait for a few minutes while she called her supervisor. The supervisor was very pleasant and explained me how the till system operate with a 4 pin bank code and it will reject the app 5 pin code automatically. Both staff asked me if they should keep my items at till point .when i came back from autobank machine ,the lady at till kept a space open and specially helped me. To the following staff members NTOMBI AND TAMRON .well done .thanks for yr.kindness and help .Appreciated. att .management pls acknowledge their superior service towards a loyal client
