MOST PATHETIC SHOPRITE IN THE COUNTRY

This is the worst Shoprite in the world, everytime I go there ..there must be one issue or the other. This afternoon I stopped there to get a newspaper, avocado and some biscuits. After standing in their long long queue when I got to the till the woman (Lorraine Siyema) says " cash only" ; when I asked where's the signage saying " No cards" nothing. She then called some so call supervisor who could not explain aswell. She then called someone whom they said he was the manager *****s Mdaloa who told me that I have to go draw cash and back to pay. I asked him do you expect me to go draw and come stand in another long queue, I told him straight I'm not going there. He was least interested in what I had to say, when I asked him to write down his name for he pointed it on the name badge and told me " he's busy". My frustration is there's no signage on any of the tills apologizing and informing clients that the card systems down, instead they give you theis look that says " you crazy ". I honestly HATE this Shoprite, not a single day have I ever had joy from the store.
