MORE THAN POOR SERVICE

I went to Shoprite today to buy; I stood on the line to the cashiers to pay for 2 hours. There are 14 tills but only 4 were working. The queue was so long it was scary. There is a leakage, water is dripping from the roof ,where the costumers stand to pay. Shoprite is not doing anything to fix it. What will happen if somebody slip and fall. Shoprite acts like a ****a shop, but they are a big company. Such things you can expect from the ****a shop, but not in the big company like Shoprite. Please fix the leakage for the customers sake. There are many unemployed youth that they can employ to be cashiers. They do not care about us, I don't know if it's because we are blacks the majority that stay in Yoeville, and buy from them. Other shops around treat us better than they do. It is about time that Shoprite change their way of doing things, and provide better customers service, cause to stand on the queues for 2 hours is way more than ridiculous. It is not only today, everyday it is the same story, long queues, managers are doing nothing. Sometime I even go to East gate mall, than to go to Shoprite, though its closer, cause Iam still going to spend all the time on the queue to pay, 14 tills but only 4 working on the full shop with customers. Can the explain why did the make 14 tills if they have no intentions of using them.
