MONTCLAIR SHOPRITE STAMPS (SLIPS)

I joint being an AGENT on buying shoprite stamps.. Now I have R19 000 stamps they didn't tell me that I must keep the receipts as a proof of buying as I ALWAYS buy in the same shop using shoprite Montclair... so now they say I won't receive any rewards as they told me that why I was make sure that I use same store... I spoke to MRS NAIDOO she gave me BAD ATTITUDE IS THAT HOW UR LOYAL CUSTOMERS MUST BE TREATED???? I stay in umlazi but I made sure I do my grocery at shoprite Montclair so that I will do as they told me at the beginning of the year that I will get an award if I use one store...
