Monster Supervisor

2019-03-27 around 18:00 my friend and I went to the shoprite in Kwa-Thema Square to buy mealiemeal, as I got to the store I notice a special combo consisting of 5kg Spekko rice, 10kg White star mealiemeal and a 700g sasko bread for R130.00..I opted for the combo as it seemed affordable the bread was not available at the station where the combo was packed, I walked to the bakery and took 2 loaves of sasko bread. Upon payment at the tills, we were told the bread is not the one included in the combo..the Supervisor "Liza Mabanga" came to the till and rudely said the bread is finished...not attempting to assist in any way, following the incident I realised I lost my car keys and reported to Thato the security who urgently rushed to the till to check with me and asked Mabanga(who was standing at the office door chewing a piece of chicken) to check the cameras for us...all she said was that the cameras are not for customers to use and "I don't care what crisis it is"in front of me being a customer at the store...I felt very disrespected and not cared for as a Shoprite customer. Not only is she rude to customers buy she is rude to the staff as well. There's a Sibusiso that she was shouting at across the store telling him he will leave late because he's still packing a certain isle...all that infront of customers. Ms. Mabanga came across as a person with no sympathy and a bully in the workplace. She MUST be reprimanded for her disgusting behaviour!!!!!
